COURTYARD’S NEW VT CLOCK COUNTS DOWN TO THE FUTURE

 In June Courtyard shipped the last of its industry standard CY250 VT Clocks. Now they proudly launch its replacement with the aptly named CY260 VT CLOCK on a new hardware platform.

The CY260 adds new features - the clock has multiformat capability including HD SDI. Users can also customise the clock with full colour logos and anti aliased text for address, telephone and scratchpad.

Courtyard’s Steve Cranny says:

“The CY250 VT Clock is very special to us as it was Courtyard’s first product back in 1986 and has been an unsung workhorse of the industry for 21 years. It is very much a part of television history and I’m sad to see it go, but happy to introduce the CY260 which satisfies the current and future requirements of our fast changing industry” 

CY260 VT Clocks are already shipping, with the first HD unit installed at the RED BEE Media centre in London.
